Refund & Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for standard unused components. For custom-engineered commercial projects, we provide a full refund if the technical specifications are not met as per the signed contract. Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days.

Damaged on Arrival

Every shipment is insured. In the rare event of transit damage, we provide immediate replacement parts free of charge upon receiving photo verification.
