1. Global Dispatch

We partner with leading international carriers (Maersk, MSC, DHL, FedEx) to ensure safe and timely delivery of our systems.

2. Processing Time

Standard product orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7-14 business days. Large-scale commercial projects and custom-engineered systems require 30-45 days for manufacturing and pre-dispatch assembly testing.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimates

• Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): 25-45 days depending on destination port. Best for bulk systems and greenhouses.
• Air Freight: 7-12 days. Recommended for urgent spare parts or small propagation systems.
• Courier (Express): 5-7 days for small accessories and samples.

4. Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L) via email to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.
